The exact scope of work, pricing, timeline, opportunity targets, qualification criteria, and deliverables are described in the client's invoice, proposal, or signed service agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, required account access, onboarding details, service area information, offer details, brand assets, and timely communication needed to complete the agreed work.

Clients are also responsible for responding to leads, following up with prospects, managing their sales process, and providing feedback when required.

Delays in providing required information, access, approvals, or feedback may delay service delivery and affect campaign performance.

Payments are due according to the invoice, proposal, or signed service agreement. Services may not begin until required payments are received.

Client results may vary based on market conditions, advertising budget, offer strength, service area, response speed, sales process, customer demand, client participation, and other factors outside our control.

Riot Scale LLC does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, closed jobs, installations, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.

Where applicable, Riot Scale LLC's 90-day guarantee is based on the opportunity targets, scope, qualification criteria, and refund terms outlined in the client's signed service agreement.

Public website statements are general descriptions of our services and do not replace the specific terms in a signed agreement.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and any signed client agreement.

Riot Scale LLC does not ship physical products. Services are delivered digitally/remotely through online tools, communication platforms, CRM systems, automation workflows, reporting, and support.

Riot Scale LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, missed opportunities, advertising losses, business interruption, or third-party platform issues.
