After payment is received, clients are provided with onboarding instructions and any required forms or access requests. Service delivery begins once the client provides the required onboarding information, business details, and platform access needed to complete the agreed scope.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the selected service package, campaign requirements, and client responsiveness. Typical setup and implementation timelines are explained in the client's service agreement, invoice, or proposal.

Riot Scale LLC does not ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally.
