Refund Policy

Riot Scale LLC provides digital lead generation, CRM setup, follow-up automation, pipeline nurturing, and implementation services for HVAC companies.

Because our services involve digital strategy, campaign setup, CRM configuration, automation building, tracking, and implementation work, refunds are handled according to the terms agreed in the client's signed service agreement.

Refunds may be considered if Riot Scale LLC fails to deliver the agreed scope, targets, or service milestones described in the client's agreement.

Refunds are not provided for delays or performance issues caused by missing client information, lack of required access, incomplete onboarding, delayed communication, change of business direction, paused campaigns, declined ad spend, poor sales follow-up by the client, or services already delivered according to the agreed scope.

Our 90-day guarantee, where applicable, is based on the opportunity targets, scope, qualification criteria, and refund terms outlined in the client's signed service agreement.

If a client has concerns about delivery, they should contact us so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
